No Gain No Pain

Your initial capital is critical whether your trading success in the future. Some traders think beginners start forex investing with a minimum capital will help us in understanding the forex losses and to prevent their first investments. But they do not realize that the difference is that instead of capital into their early unsucces forever. Why?
Well, like any other business, forex capital needed to grow and generate enough profit for you. Most brokers apply a minimum requirement for anyone wishing to open a real account through them. But of course you can start with a capital of more than the minimum required by the broker.

At first glance this seems a stupid thing. Buried large amounts of money for a new investment you may know.

Forex is different from other investments that may be used you know. In forex, the investor being an active and determining their own investment decisions directly. In short, the calculations are done, you can specify the action to buy / sell your own and recorded a profit there. But contrary to the wrong decisions, loss can occur soon in your investment.

Let's do a simple calculation like this:

At the time this article was made, GBPUSD exchange rate is 2.0100. That means opening a position to do as much as 1 lot size at 10,000 contract which guarantees required margin of 1% of capital needed, we need funds for 2.0110 x 10,000 x 1 / 100 = 201 dollar. To open a position either Buy or Sell we need a 201 dollar margin collateral.

Say I start forex investing capital I with an initial $ 250 that means the remaining $ 250 - $ 201 = $ 49 as a reserve fund to hold the movement in the opposite position to the position I am.

If the position taken at the rate Buy 2.0110. And then within a few hours GBPUSD 2.0061 down to the position of the positioning Buy I've been exposed to a margin call. For those who do not know the margin call, it is our position closed automatically by the system due to lack of collateral we hold the market movement. A nightmare for a forex trader.

In this case a margin call occurs because too much lack of funds have to anticipate currency movements. Remember that we can not know what is happening in the future with 100% accurate. It could be after the price falls to 2.0061 price point back up the way you expect. Thus our prediction is basically accurate. It's just that we started with too little capital.

If seen from the above cases a margin call may not have occurred if:

* Position Buy not at the price of 2.0110, but below it. At 2.0061 for example.
* My initial capital is greater than $ 250.

The first option menuntuk analysis capability is excellent and the skill of a proficient trader. Especially if you are a beginner. Seasoned trader who was not able to know exactly the price reduction 100%. We are not fortune-teller is not it?
